Anonymous by default
You can use the AI chat without creating an account. We don't ask for your name, age, or location.
What we store
- Chat messages are processed to generate responses, and stored only if you sign in.
- Support requests, volunteer applications, and contact messages include what you submit.
- Mood and journal entries are only saved when you're signed in, and only visible to you.
What we never do
- Sell your data. Ever.
- Share it with advertisers.
- Provide diagnoses or medical advice.
Crisis logging
If the system detects language suggesting you may be in crisis, an anonymous record may be created so we can improve our safeguarding. It contains the trigger phrase, not your identity.
